How to Ask Questions That Get Results
Updated: Jan 25, 2022
You’ve done it! You’ve signed up for a tarot reading. Congratulations! Now all you have to do is figure out what you want to talk about with The Crone. Easy, right? Well, not always. Sometimes it’s hard to put all that we want to know about a topic into one, succinct question. I get it, and I’m here to help. Below is a quick list to help you figure out the best way to frame your question to get the most information and help during your reading.
1. Avoid When and Will Questions
We all have Free Will, and these types of questions squelch that by presuming that the future is set in stone. “When” something will happen and “Will” something happen smacks of old-timey fortune-telling. I’m much more interested in helping you live your best life, and these types of questions make that almost impossible to do. Dream bigger!
2. Ask What or How Questions
Ah, here we go. Now we’re getting to the good stuff! Asking how to create a future you love, and what that future could look like if you stay on your current path (or change it) are questions that can help you get to exactly where you want to be.
3. Focus On One Topic or Question at A time.
So many things to find out about! Hey, I get it and I love the enthusiasm. I will answer whatever fits into the reading and the time we have together. However, asking about too many things will muddy the waters and make it hard to get clear answers. Too broad a question equals too broad an answer. Without the details you need, you may not get the information you need to create what you want in your life. Be specific and focused with your question, and you will get much better results. I can help you narrow down a topic if you’re having trouble with doing it on your own.
And there it is! Quick and dirty ways to ask the right question about a focused topic. You’re on your way to creating the life you want. Hooray!
