The Four Pillars of The Crone Life: Crones Create Their Own Lives
Last week, we answered some questions about what we want and how we might start getting it in this moment by standing in our power. It’s important to understand the answers to these questions before we begin creating our own lives, so if you haven’t done that work, please do so now. If you’re ready with your self-reflection, let’s get started.
I want to concentrate and expand on the answers to the questions:
What can you do for yourself that no one else can?
What do you want in life? How do you know?
It’s important to really think about what you want in the moment and realize that to create the life you want, you need to think about it in a moment-by-moment way, not in a big-picture way. Big-picture thinking is fantastic for figuring out what we want and setting goals, but it’s not granular enough for us to actually put it into action in a meaningful way in our lives. In order to do that, we have to narrow down our wants.
It makes sense to look at past and future, because how do we know what we want if we don’t know what we don’t want? But that doesn’t mean that we can’t put into practice now.
Please answer the following questions:
In this moment right now, how do you want to feel?
If you could do something right now to live your best life, what would it be?
Is it possible for you to do and feel that way by taking a small step right now?
For the rest of the week, please take some time and get very specific about your answers. Add to them and then create lists of ways you could feel and live better right now.
Making active decisions for yourself is a great way to stand in your own power!
